For in-stock items, we typically ship within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces are delivered via our white-glove service, which generally arrives within 2-4 weeks depending on your location.

Currently, HARBOUR ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For large freight items, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery window.
