Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
